Privacy Policy for Blinqo World

Blinkverse Limited ("we," "us," or "our") operates Blinqo World, an invite-only AI companion service. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, when public AI-generated content may be shown, and what choices you have.
1. WHO WE ARE
The controller for the Blinqo World service is Blinkverse Limited. For privacy or legal questions, you can contact us at legal@blinqo.link.
2. DATA WE COLLECT
Depending on how you use Blinqo World, we may collect:
- Account and access data: email address, login method, password hash where applicable, account identifiers, language, timezone, and basic profile settings.
- Invite, waitlist, and referral data: invite codes entered, waitlist email submissions, invite eligibility, invite pool issuance, invite usage, and reward records.
- Companion interaction data: chat messages, quick actions, requests, generated replies, and related service metadata.
- Generated assets and companion records: selfies, observe images, travel moments, diary entries, wardrobe items, applied looks, and other AI-generated companion content.
- Optional Telegram binding data: Telegram identifiers and bind status, but only if you choose to connect Telegram.
- Billing and membership data: subscription status, plan information, payment processor references, credits balances, and transaction history.
- Device and analytics data: IP address, browser or device information, cookies, local storage, and analytics events used to understand service usage and reliability.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
- Account access and service delivery: to authenticate you, maintain your session, and operate your AI companion experience across web and optional Telegram access.
- Companion operation: to generate chats, images, diary entries, travel moments, wardrobe and look features, and other asynchronous companion updates.
- Invite, waitlist, and access control: to manage invite-only access, waitlist requests, invite pools, and referral credits.
- Membership, credits, and billing: to manage subscriptions, credit usage, payment records, and membership entitlements.
- Safety, moderation, and abuse prevention: to detect fraud, invite abuse, suspicious automation, prohibited content, and service misuse.
- Analytics, support, and reliability: to diagnose bugs, measure usage, improve product quality, and respond to support requests.
4. PRIVATE CONTENT AND PUBLIC CONTENT
Most Blinqo World content is private by default. This includes your chats, private generated assets, diary records, wardrobe selections, and look settings unless the service explicitly treats them as public content surfaces.
Blinqo World may also automatically generate and publicly display certain AI-generated content in Explore and related public surfaces. Explore content is generated by the service as part of the companion world experience. It is not a dump of your private chat log, but it may be associated with your companion's public identity, avatar, and public-facing timeline.
5. DATA SHARING AND SERVICE PROVIDERS
- AI and generation providers: we use third-party providers to process text, image, and related AI generation requests needed to run the service.
- Infrastructure providers: we use hosting, storage, database, and CDN providers to operate Blinqo World.
- Payment providers: subscription and payment information is processed by our payment providers, such as Stripe, under their own terms and privacy policies.
- Communications and analytics providers: we use service providers for email delivery, optional Telegram messaging workflows, and analytics.
6. MODEL TRAINING
We do not currently use your private user content, private chats, or private companion records to train our AI models.
7. DATA SECURITY AND RETENTION
7.1 Security: We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal data in transit and at rest.
7.2 Retention: We retain account, billing, invite, and companion data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Public Explore content may remain visible until removed by us or by product controls where applicable.
8. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights that include:
- Access: request access to personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: ask us to correct inaccurate account information.
- Deletion: request deletion of your account and associated private data, subject to legal and operational exceptions.
9. COOKIES AND ANALYTICS
We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, preserve product state, support invite flows, and measure product usage. We currently use analytics to understand service performance and engagement. We do not currently use your data for third-party targeted advertising.
10. AGE RESTRICTION
Blinqo World is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not intend to provide the service to minors. If we learn that a user under 18 has provided personal data to us, we may suspend the account and remove associated data.
11. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
As a global service, we may process data in jurisdictions outside your home country. By using the service, you understand that your data may be transferred and processed in those jurisdictions, subject to applicable safeguards and agreements where required.
